Returns and Exchanges
It is important to us that you are happy with your purchase. If you feel you just need to return your order, or something isn't right, please email me at info@minna.ca with your order number to receive confirmation. Returns are accepted for exchange, store credit and refund and must be made within 21 days of your original order date. Items must be returned new, unused and in original packaging with all tags attached. Returns that are missing tags or that are damaged will not be processed and will not be returned to sender. 
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable and we are not responsible for the cost of return shipping. 
LOCAL RETURNS/EXCAHNGES: For local returns, you will receive an email with local drop-off details. Please do not attempt to return Minna.ca items to our local pick-up location (Salt Boutique). 
Important
Due to sanitary reasons, teething items, and care product are not qualified for refund or exchange. Please make sure your name and mailing address are correct before checkout. We are not responsible for incorrect name and mailing address. Customer is responsible for additional cost of reshipping.
